We have been operating out of Plot No.12 A in Sector 12 for quite a while now. Faridabad has changed a lot since we first started, and we’ve seen the city grow up around us. It’s mostly just us working on urban development projects, which sounds more complicated than it usually feels on a daily basis. Most days involve walking around sites, checking on progress, and talking to the people actually doing the heavy lifting. Sector 12 is a busy area, so there is always something going on right outside our door. We don't have a big, fancy staff or a polished reception area. It’s just a simple office where we keep our maps and plans. Sometimes the air gets thick with dust from all the construction nearby, but that is just part of living in a developing city. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different folks to make sure things move along. It’s not always perfect, and we definitely have days where the paperwork feels like it’s piling up faster than we can file it. But we show up, have our tea, and get back to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just know the local area and know how to get things done here. If you stop by, you’ll probably find someone drinking a chai and looking over a blueprint. That is just how we run things.
