Metal Formers

Our workshop is over in Sector 24. It’s an industrial area, so there isn’t much to look at except other buildings and trucks moving in and out all day. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit. The space inside is mostly taken up by the machines and the materials we use for forming. It gets pretty loud once we start up in the morning. We don’t have a separate office for meetings or anything like that, just a small corner with a desk and some chairs where we handle the bills. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust or metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep. That’s just the nature of the work. People who come to see us are usually other business owners from around the sector. We don’t have a big website or a social media person. We just focus on the machines and the orders we have to finish. Lunch breaks are usually taken right there on the shop floor or at a local stall nearby. It’s hard work, and it can get hot in the summer, but it’s what we know. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local shop in the sector doing what we do. We like the routine of it. We show up, do the work, and go home. We have been here through many seasons, and the building is starting to show its age, but it still does the job. It's just simple metal work that we've done for years.
