Mehta Properties

The office is right there on Delhi Road, almost directly opposite the Air Force School. It’s a straightforward place, and if you’re driving by, you can’t really miss it because of the school buses lined up nearby. The traffic on this road can be something else during the mornings and when school lets out. We spend most of our day inside, just handling the regular paperwork that comes with Mehta Properties. It isn't a large building or anything, just a simple spot where we can sit down and get work done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not really a priority for us right now. We have a few old chairs and a big desk that’s seen better days. You can hear the planes from the school every now and then, which is just part of the atmosphere here. It’s a dusty part of the road, so we’re constantly wiping down the windows. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. People stop in occasionally to ask for directions or to talk about a plot nearby. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. We just talk to folks and try to keep our records straight. It’s just a normal day-to-day business where we try to stay organized and helpful to whoever walks through the front door.
