Up on the second floor of M-26 in the M Block Market of GK-1, things are a bit different than down on the street. It’s one of those busy Delhi spots where you can find almost anything. We’ve been at this location for quite some time, and being near Noble Hospital helps people find us when they’re looking for the office. The stairs are a bit steep, and the hallway isn't the widest, but once you’re inside, it’s a decent enough space. We spend a lot of our time looking at files and talking to people who wander in after finishing their shopping or hospital visits. The Delhi G P O isn't too far off either. It’s a practical setup we have here for Mehta Properties. There aren't any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos of the area. We keep the tea kettle going most of the afternoon. The market noise filters up, but it’s mostly just a background hum. Sometimes parking in GK-1 is a real headache, so we usually tell people to come early or take a rickshaw. We don't try to be something we’re not. It’s just a local property office where we handle the daily grind. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans do their job. We’re just here doing our bit in the neighborhood, keeping things moving as best as we can every single day.
