Mehta Estates

We’ve been tucked away in SF-30 at Galaria for quite a bit now. If you know DLF City Phase IV, you know the main market gets pretty crowded, especially being right off that Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. Most days it’s just us here at Mehta Estates, sitting at the desks and dealing with whatever comes through the door. Sikanderpur is close enough that we see a lot of people passing through this way. The office itself isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and take our tea. You have to take the stairs or the lift up to the second floor, and sometimes the signs in the mall are a bit confusing, but we’re there. It gets a little noisy when the market is in full swing, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't spend much time on decorating or making things look corporate. It’s more about having a place to sit down and talk to people about properties without any big fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, but we make do. It’s a good spot for us because everyone knows where Galaria is, so we don’t have to give directions too often. Usually, we're just focused on the paperwork and the phone calls that keep the day moving along. It's a regular local office where we just do our daily work and keep things simple.
