Mcm Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is located in Vpo Prithla, which is in the Palwal district of Haryana. Being in a village post office area means the surroundings are much more open and rural than what you find in Delhi or Gurgaon. Our office is a basic building that stands out a bit because of its size, but inside it’s very plain. We have high ceilings and heavy fans to deal with the Haryana heat. There is plenty of dust that comes in from the fields, so we are always cleaning the desks. We have a small group of people from the local area who work with us here. The work involves a lot of logistics and coordination, so there is usually a fair bit of shouting across the room to get things done quickly. We don't have a cafeteria, so we all sit together and eat what we brought from home. Outside, you might see some cattle or tractors passing by on the main road. It’s a very different vibe from a city office. We don't use any fancy management software or have big meetings in glass rooms. We just talk through what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a tough, practical environment where we value getting the work finished over looking professional. We’ve been part of the Prithla community for a while now and we like the pace of life here. It’s quiet and steady.
