Our place is at H No 1467 in Sector 3, Faridabad. It is a residential area primarily, so things stay relatively quiet around the office during the week. Working in the medical field from this house means we see a lot of different people coming through the door. The pincode here is 121004 and we have been in this part of Haryana for a good bit of time. It’s a simple house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. The rooms are filled with supplies and the usual office furniture you would expect to find in a small business. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we are trying to sort out our inventory or talk to suppliers on the phone. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a regular gate like everyone else in the sector. It feels more like a home than a sterile clinic, which I think people actually like when they come over. Most of our work involves managing the equipment and making sure the records are kept straight in the back room. The traffic in Faridabad can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, so we try to get most of our deliveries done early in the day. It’s a straightforward way of working. We just focus on what needs to get done right now without making a big fuss about things. There is always a pot of tea going in the kitchen for anyone who needs a break.
