V. K. Fabricators

We are set up on Mathura Road, at 16/5 on the first floor. It is a bit unusual to have a fabrication shop on the first floor, but we make it work for us. The sound of metal hitting metal is pretty constant here. We deal with iron, steel, and all sorts of welding tasks. It gets quite hot, especially in the summer months with the welding machines running all day. We have our tools scattered around on the wooden workbenches. It is a noisy and dusty environment. You can hear the traffic from Mathura Road roaring outside the window all day long. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you will just find us with our masks on, working on a metal frame or a gate. The floor is covered in scraps and iron filings. We have been doing this for years, so the work is second nature to us now. We take measurements, cut the metal, and join it all together. It is hard on the hands and the back. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding a spot to unload the raw materials on the busy road. We just go down and help them out. It is not a place for someone who likes to stay clean. By the end of the shift, we are usually covered in soot and grease. We just focus on getting the structures built the way they need to be. It is a steady pace of work that keeps us going through the week.
