Rajshi Steering Pvt. Ltd.

Rajshi Steering Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 3 in Sector 27-C, right along the Mathura Road in Faridabad. We’ve been here in Haryana for a good amount of time. Our focus is mainly on steering components for vehicles. The factory is usually full of the sound of machines and the smell of oil and metal. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity on Mathura Road with heavy trucks passing by. We have our production lines set up to handle the different parts we make. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but we take pride in putting the pieces together correctly. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces too. We don’t spend much time in a boardroom; we’re mostly out on the floor seeing how things are moving along. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a machine, which can be frustrating, but that’s part of the trade. We just keep our heads down and try to meet our production targets. The office is just a small corner of the building where we deal with the invoices and the shipping labels. It’s a regular manufacturing setup where the work is hands-on and the days go by pretty fast when we’re busy. We just try to get the steering units built and loaded onto the trucks for the next delivery.
