Manashi Interiors Pvt Ltd. is also over in Haryana, at R-199 in Adarsh Colony, NIT Faridabad. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. We do a lot of interior work, mostly for the people living in the colony or nearby. It’s a lot of grit and hard work, keeping up with all the new houses being built. My office is a bit messy with blueprints and tools lying around. We don’t bother with fancy decorations for ourselves. Most days I’m out visiting sites, making sure the tiles are being laid properly. Faridabad has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. We aren't a high-end luxury brand. We just provide decent interior solutions for regular families who want a nice kitchen or a clean room. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or late material arrivals, but we just work around it. It’s a small team, and we all know our jobs. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to finish the project so we can move on to the next one. People in Adarsh Colony know us by now, so we don't have to go looking for work much. It’s a steady life, just making sure the cupboards and shelves are done right and the customer is okay.
