Mahindra Stiller Auto Trucks Ltd has its place over at B-72 in Sector-27A. Being on Mathura Road means there is always something moving outside the gates. We’ve been operating out of this facility for a good bit of time now. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for what we do with the trucks and equipment. You’ll usually find the staff in grease-stained shirts or sitting at those heavy metal desks that have been here since the start. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of tools or engines or someone shouting over a forklift. We handle a lot of logistics and technical work right here on the floor. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office parties. We’re more focused on making sure the schedules are met and the machinery is behaving itself. On hot days, the warehouse gets pretty warm, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. Most of the guys have been with us for years. They know the layout of the place by heart. We get a lot of deliveries coming in and out, so the yard stays pretty crowded. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, we do the work, and we head home. No big corporate speeches here, just the daily routine of keeping the trucks moving. It is a noisy job, but we are used to it by now and wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep the gears turning as they should.
