We are out here at Plot No.153 in Sector-24. Mahavir Die Casters Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this site for quite a while. It is an industrial area so it is noisy and there are always trucks moving around. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings or oil but that is just the nature of die casting. We do not spend much time in the front office because the real work happens in the back. It gets very hot in the summer near the machines. We wear our gear and just get through the orders. Sector-24 isn't exactly a place for a stroll, it is for working. We have a solid crew who knows the machines inside out. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves right there on the spot. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. If people need casting work they usually find their way to Plot 153. We have got the old gates and the big heavy doors. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the measurements. My father used to say the work speaks for itself so we do not say much. We just keep the furnace going and the molds ready. It is a simple life but it is honest. We have been part of this sector for a long time. The street outside gets muddy when it rains but we still show up. We have got a schedule to keep and customers waiting for their parts.
