Working in DLF Industrial Area Phase 1 is exactly what you’d expect from an industrial park. Macas Automotive is over at 117, and it’s a busy spot most days of the week. There is always a truck idling nearby or someone shouting over the sound of a compressor. We don’t have much time for sitting around. The building itself has been through a few seasons, and you can see it on the walls, but the inside is where everything happens. We spend our hours dealing with automotive parts and making sure things are moving out the door. The morning starts with the sound of shutters going up all along the street. It’s a lot of metal and concrete around here, not many trees to look at. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the vendors who walk by with their carts. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job well enough that we don’t need to talk about it too much. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or find something else to clean. It isn't a glamorous place, but it is where we spend most of our lives. If you are looking for 117, it’s tucked in between a few other workshops that look almost exactly like ours. Just look for the stack of crates near the entrance.
