We operate out of Sushant Arcade in Sushant Lok Phase I. Our office is D 119. It’s a pretty standard commercial building, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done. We’ve been doing real estate work here for a while. The arcade is usually humming with people going about their business. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting people at different properties nearby. Sushant Lok is a big area, so there’s always something to keep us occupied. We don't have a big marketing budget or a massive team of agents. It’s just us handling the listings and making sure the keys are where they should be. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep working through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. We keep our office tidy, but it's definitely a working space, not a showroom. We know the layout of Phase I better than most. It’s a lot of walking and talking, every single day. We don't use fancy scripts or corporate language. We just talk to people like they're our neighbors, because usually, they are. That's the way we like it. We focus on the facts and the figures without much fluff.
