Our spot is in Sanjay Colony, Faridabad, specifically at MCF 1453 in Gali No 44. It is a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks in the background. Finding Gali No 44 can be a bit tricky for newcomers because the lanes are quite narrow and the signs aren't always there. Lurgi India Company Private Limited has been operating from this Sec 23 area for a good while. The office is on a busy street where people are always moving about. It’s a practical space. We have our desks, some old cupboards for storage, and a small area where we sit for lunch. It gets quite dusty because of all the nearby factories, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. We are just a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s not a corporate skyscraper; it’s just a solid building where we get our hands dirty with work. The power can be a bit patchy in the summer, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. We focus on the daily tasks and don't spend much time on fancy decorations. It is an honest place to work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main road is blocked by a truck.
