Lords Estate

You can find Lords Estate over at 32 Sector 27, right opposite the Janprtinidhi Flats. Being across from such a well-known landmark makes it easy to give directions to people who aren’t from around here. Our office is pretty modest. We have a couple of desks and a lot of maps pinned up on the walls so we can show people exactly where different properties sit in the sector. Dealing with property in Sector 27 means we see a lot of different people, from young professionals to older couples looking to downsize. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We spend most of our day out of the office, actually looking at the flats and checking the condition of the buildings. We try to be as helpful as possible without being pushy. If a house isn’t right for someone, we just move on to the next one. The area stays pretty active, and there is always something going on with the buildings around the Janprtinidhi Flats. We like the energy of the neighborhood. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather is hot and we have to go from one floor to another, but it’s what we do. We have been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It’s just us doing our thing, helping people find a place to stay or sell their old one without too much fuss.
