Lmco Management Solutions

Lmco Management Solutions is based in Sector 10, Faridabad, right at J 83 on the ground floor. It’s a quiet part of the sector, mostly residential with a few other offices scattered nearby. Being on the ground floor is nice because we have a little bit of a porch area where we can stand and catch some air when the work gets a bit much. The office inside is painted a simple off-white, and we have some old metal desks that have been with us for years. There’s a ceiling fan in every room that wobbles a little bit if you turn it up to the highest speed. We spend most of our hours here tracking tasks and managing the daily flow of things. The morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some light in before the heat of the day really starts. We get our tea from a local vendor who comes by on a bicycle twice a day. It’s a small operation, and we don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the area. The street outside is lined with trees, so it stays relatively cool even in the summer months. We like the pace of things here in Faridabad; it’s not as frantic as central Delhi, and that suits the way we work just fine.
