It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s just a practical house converted into our workspace. We spend our time managing the details of the company, dealing with whatever orders or issues come up during the week. The people working here have been around for a long time. We know each other well and we know how the business runs. It’s a matter of showing up early, getting the coffee started, and looking at the schedule for the day. We don’t really use big words or try to impress anyone. We just provide what we are supposed to and make sure the records are kept straight.
