We are out in Manesar at Plot No 581 in Sector-8 of the IMT area. It’s quite a drive from the main city, and the roads can get pretty dusty with all the construction and the trucks moving around. L And Q Marketing Pvt Ltd operates out of this big industrial plot. It’s a lot of open space and high shelves. We spend a good chunk of our day walking back and forth between the office section and the warehouse area. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting. Our desks are old-fashioned, and there’s usually a thin layer of dust on everything no matter how much we clean. The sun hits the building hard in the afternoons, so it gets pretty warm inside. We’ve got a small group here, and we mostly just handle things as they come. There’s no big hierarchy; we all end up helping out with loading or checking labels when it gets busy. We rely a lot on the local dhabas for our lunch, and everyone knows which ones have the best parathas. It’s a bit isolated out here in Sector-8, but it gives us the room we need to store everything. We don't have any flashy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. We just show up, handle the inventory, and make sure the trucks get loaded correctly before they head out on the highway.
