Kutub Estate

My family and I have been at N 12/1 Akashneem Marg for a while now. This is where Kutub Estate is based. We deal with property stuff around here. It isn't a huge office, just a spot on Jacaranda Marg where we keep our papers and talk to neighbors who need help with houses. We mostly handle local things. Some days are busy, others are quiet. We know the streets well because we spend all our time here. If you walk by, you'll see our sign. It's just a regular place where work gets done. We started this because we liked the area. It's been a few years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. We don't have a fancy website or anything, just this office. People come in to ask about rentals or selling their plots. We try to give them clear answers without too much fuss. It’s hard work sometimes but it keeps us busy. We mostly focus on what’s right in front of us. Most people know where we are. We're right there near the corner. We don't use big words or try to act like a big city firm. We're just local folks doing property work on Akashneem Marg.
