Kumar Property Dealer

Our shop is at number 8 on Pataudi Road, right by the Punjab Wakf Board. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars passing by all the time. You can’t miss it if you’re driving toward the main part of town. We’ve been Kumar Property Dealer for a long time now, and this spot has been our base for most of that. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have a heavy metal shutter we pull up every morning. Inside, it’s just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few local maps. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic outside, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lighting. People know where we are because we’ve been here so long. Most of our work is just talking to folks about land and houses in the Pataudi area. We know who is selling and who is looking. It’s a lot of word-of-mouth business. We don't really do much advertising. We just sit here, drink our tea, and wait for people to come in. Sometimes we spend hours out on the road looking at different plots. It’s hard work when the weather is bad, but we are used to it. We keep things straightforward. No complicated talk, just plain facts about what is available.
