Kroll Associate India is located at House No. 939 in Sector-14, Faridabad. Just like many other offices in this part of Haryana, we operate out of a residential-style building. It is a solid place, 121001 is the pin code we use. We have several rooms filled with files and computers. It is not the kind of place you see in movies with glass walls and fancy lights. Instead, we have normal fans, standard office chairs, and a lot of work to get through. Sector-14 is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside the window. We spend our hours doing research and looking into things, which requires a lot of sitting and typing. The stairs are a bit narrow, and we have to be careful when moving boxes around. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We don't have any flashy slogans on the walls. We just have our tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get the reports finished anyway. Most of us have been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s a practical environment for the kind of work we do. People come here to get things investigated or checked, and we just provide the space for that to happen. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We are just a group of people working in a house in Faridabad. That is the whole story.
