Kritika Kraft Kreation

We set up Kritika Kraft Kreation over at Plot No. 3977/A in Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Nagar. Being in Sector 48 means we are in a residential area, so it’s mostly neighbors who drop by. Our space is usually a bit of a mess with scraps of fabric, paper, and various tools scattered around. That’s just the nature of what we do; it’s hard to keep a craft place perfectly tidy. We started this because we wanted a place to make things and maybe sell a few pieces to people who appreciate handmade items. It isn't a massive operation with machines and assembly lines. Everything is done by hand, often sitting at the old wooden table near the window. We’ve had this spot for a few years and the local kids sometimes peek in to see what we’re making. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though things get busy around festival times when everyone wants something special. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just put a sign out and talk to people who come in. Sometimes we run out of a certain material and have to wait for a delivery, which can be frustrating, but we manage. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in our little corner of the sector. It feels good to have a project to work on every day and a place where we can be ourselves and just create things for the local folks.
