Krishna Estate

We have our office for Krishna Estate over at Dx-26 in Sushant Lok Phase I. Specifically, we are inside Kendriya Vihar in Sector 56. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which we like. The office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet with anyone who needs help with property stuff. Being in Sector 56 means we see a lot of the same faces every single day. We usually get in early to beat the heat and get the paperwork started. There’s always a lot to do, like checking on rentals or talking to owners. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that, just us handling the phones and the walk-ins. The building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and stays relatively cool even when it is baking outside. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local market nearby when we have a break. Work can be slow some days and then really hectic the next, but that’s just the way it is in this business. We try to keep things straightforward when we talk to people. No big speeches, just the facts about what’s available. It’s a small operation here in Kendriya Vihar. We’ve got our routine down, and most people around Sushant Lok know where to find us if they need a hand with anything related to the local estates. It is just us doing our thing.
