You can find us over at B 340 on the first floor in Nehru Ground. It’s a pretty lively area, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days, especially if you get here after nine. We’ve been in this office for a while now. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying boxes up can be a struggle, but we manage. Inside, it's mostly just us working through piles of paperwork and making calls to suppliers. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Usually, there's a kettle going in the back for tea because that’s what keeps us moving through the afternoon slump. We handle a lot of different items for import and export, so there’s always something new to look at. Some days we are just waiting on the phone for hours, and other days it feels like everything is happening at once. The light in the main room is a bit dim, but we like the quiet when the market outside isn't too loud. People stop by sometimes just to chat or ask for directions because the building numbers around here are a bit confusing. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is late, we say so. There is no point in making up stories. We just do the work, keep our heads down, and try to make sure everything gets where it’s supposed to be.
