Komal Overseas

Komal Overseas is up in Om Shubham Tower, specifically S C O 150 in the N.I.T. area. Being in a tower means we are not right on the street, so you have to come up to find us. It is a standard office setup. We have desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of our work involves talking to people over the phone or sending emails back and forth. We deal with overseas trade, which means we have to keep weird hours sometimes because of the time differences. It is not a very exciting office to look at. We have a few posters on the walls and maybe a plant that needs watering. We have been here for several years now. The building is usually pretty busy with other offices, so there is always people moving through the hallways. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our clients get what they ordered without any trouble. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or there is a paperwork mix-up, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That is just the reality of international business. We do not use fancy jargon. We just tell people how it is. It is a quiet, steady kind of work that keeps us busy.
