We’ve been at 20/4 in the Napco Complex on Mathura Road for a good while now. It’s mostly just us getting through the day making casters and wheels for whoever needs them. The shop floor is usually pretty busy and loud, which is just how things go when you’re working with metal and assembly all day. Most mornings start with a cup of tea before we get the machines warmed up. We handle all the Kmson Casters stuff right here. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic on Mathura Road makes getting parts in a bit of a headache, but we manage. People stop by the complex looking for different industrial parts and they eventually find us tucked away here. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big speeches about what we do. It’s mostly just about making sure the casters are sturdy enough to hold whatever they’re put under. The guys in the back have been doing this for years, so they know the drills and the presses better than anyone else. If you walk past our spot in Napco, you’ll likely hear the sound of metal clinking. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we make the casters, and we send them out.
