Kia Realtors is based out of 663 Silver Oak Marg. Being near the Ghitorni Metro Station makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a simple setup. We deal with houses and flats mostly. People coming off the metro often stop in to see what’s available in the area. We don’t have fancy marketing or a big team. It’s just a couple of us who know the Ghitorni streets well. We spend a lot of time walking around showing properties. Silver Oak Marg is a nice enough place to work. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If a place has a leak or the walls need paint, we say so. There’s no point in hiding things. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow since the metro came in. It used to be much quieter. Now there’s always something happening outside. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and keys. That’s just life when you’re managing properties. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the other shop owners nearby. It’s a community. Kia Realtors is just our part of it, right here at 663, and we plan to stay here for a while.
