Khandelwal Enterprises is located out at Plot No. 100-101 in the Indera Industrial Complex. We are in Gali No. 1 on Kheri Road, and the best way to find us is to look for the Bsnl Tower since it is right nearby. Working in an industrial complex means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks idling in the background. Our plot is quite large but it is very functional with concrete floors and high ceilings. We don't have any fancy office decorations or a reception area with a sofa. It’s just a place where work gets done. Most of our days are spent checking on the machines or talking to the drivers who come to pick up the goods. It gets very dusty on Kheri Road, so we spend a lot of time just trying to keep the equipment clean. We started this business because we wanted to do something productive in the industrial sector. We don't have a team of managers or a corporate headquarters. It’s just us and a few workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the production stays on schedule and that everything is moving as it should. Some days the machines break down and we have to spend hours fixing them ourselves, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We stay focused on the task at hand and don't worry about being professional. It works for us.
