Out here at 1231 in Sector-16, things are a bit quieter than the main markets, but we still stay plenty busy. We’ve set up our workspace to handle all the electrical stuff that comes our way. It’s a straightforward building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and workbenches. We spend a lot of time looking at wiring and circuits. Some of the guys have been here since the start, and they know where every single screw is kept. We don’t really go in for big meetings or anything like that; we just talk over the benches while we work. The neighborhood has a lot of other businesses like ours, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the air. We keep a small area for visitors, but mostly it’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that’s the biggest drama of the week. We try to keep things simple. If a part is missing, we find it. If a job is taking too long, we stay a bit later. It’s just how we run things. There’s a lot of technical talk in the office, but we try to keep it grounded. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve made this little corner of Sector-16 our own over the years. We just show up and do the work that needs doing every single day.
