Kaushico Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is out at Plot No. 250 in Sector-24. We are right on Sohna Road, which is a very busy part of the city. The traffic can be a nightmare in the morning, so most of us try to get here early before the roads get blocked. The plot is a decent size and we have enough space for the machines and some storage. It’s an industrial area, so there are no parks or nice shops nearby, just other factories and warehouses. We have been operating at Sector-24 for a good number of years. Inside the building, it's all business. We don't have a HR department or big meetings. We just talk over tea about what needs to be done for the day. The noise from Sohna Road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is made up of guys who have been doing this for a long time. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just say what we mean and do the work that comes in. If a machine isn't running right, we stay until it’s fixed. It’s just how we were taught to do things. Kaushico Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a place where people work hard and try to keep things simple. We don't need any more than that to keep the business going every day. It works for us.
