Kathuria Motors

Kathuria Motors is located over at 2D/ 54 in the Badkhal area of NIT. I've been working with engines and grease for a long time now. It’s a noisy place with the sounds of wrenches and old car doors shutting. Most days are spent under a hood or checking the oil. The shop isn't big, but we fit what we can inside the garage space. It gets pretty hot in the summer months. We deal with all sorts of people coming in because their car is making a weird sound or the brakes are feeling soft. I started this because I like how things work. Sometimes we run out of space on the floor and have to park things out front. The neighbors know us by now. We don't do anything fancy, just fixing what's broken. Some days are slow, and I just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next job. Other days, three cars show up at once and it's a mess. NIT 2D/ 54 is where you'll find us, right near the corner. It's not a showroom with glass walls or anything like that. Just a workshop with tools and old parts lying around. If a car needs a part we don't have, I have to go find it. It takes time, but that's how it goes. We stay here until the last job is done for the day. My clothes are always dirty by evening, but that’s just the job.
