Kartik Electronics is tucked away in Sector-31 at the HSIDC Estate, specifically at C-34/35. If you walk in, you’ll probably see a lot of circuit boards and soldering irons laying around. It’s a bit cluttered, but that’s how we work best. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the electronics side of things and try to get the orders out on time. The area around here is pretty industrial, so there’s always trucks moving and people rushing about. We’ve got a small crew. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get things done. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have our fans going. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Just this spot in the estate where we do our testing and assembly. Sometimes the components are tiny and hard to work with, so it takes some patience and a steady hand. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. It’s a straightforward business. We open up early, check the lists, and start soldering. No big speeches or corporate goals, just keeping the lights on and the work moving forward day after day. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the neighboring units are all friendly enough. It’s just a regular workplace where we do our best with what we have.
