Kamal Motors & Property

Our business, Kamal Motors & Property, is located at Shop Number 1 on the first floor of Chand Place. This is right on Delhi Road and very close to Mahaveer Chowk. It’s a busy intersection and we’ve been here for several years. We do a mix of things, dealing in both cars and properties. It keeps life interesting because you never know if the next person walking through the door wants a new house or a used vehicle. The office is on the first floor, so we can see everything that’s happening down on Delhi Road. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We don't have any polished sales team or big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them to come here. We keep our property files and motor records in the same room, which can get a bit cluttered. We try to be helpful and just give people the straight facts about whatever they are looking at. If a car has a dent or a house has a leaky roof, we make sure to point it out. It’s just easier that way. We spend our days switching between showing flats and checking engine parts. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy being part of the local scene. Sometimes we get the two mixed up for a second, but we usually sort it out quickly.
