We’ve been operating out of Sector-8 in Faridabad for a while now. Our building number is 1183, and it’s a pretty standard spot in this part of Haryana. The area is quite industrial and busy, which suits the kind of work we do here at Jlg Retail. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by stock and desks. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or bright carpets. It’s just a functional place where we keep track of inventory and handle the retail side of things. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us head when the afternoon slump hits. Dealing with the heat in Faridabad can be tough, but we have some good coolers that keep the air moving. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just a handful of us who know the business inside and out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to make sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being in this part of the city because it’s easy for deliveries to get in and out. It’s a straightforward operation. We come in, do the work, and head home to our families. There isn’t much more to it than that. We just try to stay busy and keep things moving.
