Jindal Aluminium Ltd is located over at 201, S/F, Sec -16A in Faridabad. This part of Haryana is pretty industrial, and we fit right in. The 121001 area is always buzzing with activity. Being on the second floor means we see everything that goes on in the yard below us. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of metal being moved or the hum of the city. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk or big promises. We just provide the aluminium that people need for their projects. It’s a basic setup. We have our desks, our records, and a lot of metal. The summer months in Faridabad can be really tough with the heat, but we just get through it. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. It’s a community of workers around here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. People come to us because they know we are here and we have been here for years. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork, but the actual work with the metal always gets done. It’s a simple way to make a living. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves, working hard and going home to our families when the day is done. No slogans needed for that.
