Jmd International

Jmd International is situated at Plot No.-768 in Jawahar Colony, which is in the N.I.T area. This is a pretty straightforward industrial and residential mix. Our office is a simple setup on a busy plot. We deal with international trade and logistics, which mostly means we spend all day on the phone or tracking shipments on the computer. It’s not as exciting as it sounds. It involves a lot of waiting for customs and making sure the paperwork has all the right stamps. We have a few desks and a big map on the wall that helps us keep track of where everything is supposed to be going. The trucks come and go nearby, and the noise is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to be some massive global giant. We just want to make sure that the goods we are handling get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment gets delayed or a document is missing, and then we have a lot of stress for a day or two. But most of the time, it’s just regular routine work. We have a small crew here, and we all know our roles. It’s a decent place to work, and being in Jawahar Colony means we are right in the middle of the action for this type of business. We’ve been here for several years now and we know how the system works.
