Over in Ballabgarh, at House No. 1388 in Sector 3, you’ll find our Faridabad office for Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than some of our other spots, which is a nice change of pace. We use this house to manage our local infrastructure projects across Haryana. The setup inside is very practical. We have a few rooms set up with tables for the engineers to spread out their drawings. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We don’t have any of those modern office features like glass partitions or lounge areas. It’s just a place to work. A lot of our time is spent dealing with the local authorities and making sure our permits are in order. The guys are often out on the road visiting sites, so the office can be quiet for a few hours before everyone returns with updates. We deal with everything from road construction to larger building projects. It’s a lot of logistics, like making sure the gravel arrives when it’s supposed to. We’ve been here in Sector 3 for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing our vehicles parked out front. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward without any unnecessary delays. It gets a bit cold in winter, but we manage.
