Intercity Estate

We’ve been working out of the Central Arcade in DLF City Phase II for quite a while now. Intercity Estate is just a small team of us here. It’s busy around this part of town, especially being in the arcade. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and then we’re usually out and about showing houses or looking at plots. The office at 205 isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a coffee machine that sometimes works. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and local rules, but we’ve learned how to handle it. People stop by when they’re looking for a place to rent or if they want to sell something they’ve owned for years. It’s mostly just talking to folks and figuring out what they need. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but that’s just how it is in this area. We don't really do the big fancy ads or anything. Most people find us because they walked past the office or a friend told them to give us a call. We try to keep things straightforward. If a place has a leaky roof or the plumbing is old, we just say it. There's no point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just here doing the daily work, trying to make sure people find a decent spot to live or work.
