Industry India

We are located at 16/2 Karkhana Bagh, which is just off Mathura Road. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the cleanest or quietest place to be, but it’s where we need to be for our work. Industry India is a small setup. We basically act as a supplier for industrial parts and components. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved, and the yard is usually full of trucks and crates. We have a small office where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routine by heart. Mathura Road is always packed with traffic, which can make things difficult when we’re waiting for a delivery. We don’t have any fancy titles or a corporate culture. We just get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes we’re here late into the evening if a big order needs to go out. We don't use any marketing tricks to get customers. Most people find us through the trade or because they saw our warehouse while driving past. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people without making any mistakes. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
