India Japan Lighting Private Limited

Our facility is situated in Sector-3 of the Industrial Model Township. It’s a pretty large industrial area, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. India Japan Lighting Private Limited is where we spend our time working on various lighting components. The building itself is quite functional, with high ceilings and a lot of floor space for the assembly lines. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it’s perfect for the manufacturing we do. Most of the staff arrives by bus or bike in the morning, and the shift change is always the busiest time. There’s a constant hum of machinery in the background that you eventually stop noticing. We have a small office section for the managers and the admin staff, but the heart of the place is out on the floor. We deal with a lot of technical specifications and quality checks to make sure the lights are right. The area outside is mostly paved roads and other industrial gates. It can get quite dusty when the wind picks up across the township. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch, and that’s usually the loudest part of the day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important for the automotive and commercial lighting we provide. We just keep the production moving and make sure the trucks are loaded on time.
