Homeseek Realtors is based out of B 417 in Sushant Lok Phase I. We are up on the first floor. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a residential-style block. We like being in Sushant Lok because it feels a bit more grounded than being in a high-rise tower. Our office isn't very large, but it’s got enough room for our small team and a few chairs for visitors. We’ve been here for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the area quite well. Being on the first floor is nice because we don’t have to wait for an elevator every time we need to pop out. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or high-end furniture. It’s just a place to work. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at listings on our screens. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, but we don’t mind. We aren't into making big promises or using a lot of marketing talk. We just do our bit every day and try to keep things moving. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate. If you’re navigating through Phase I, look for building B 417. We’re just up the first flight of stairs. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. No need for anything more complicated than it has to be. We are just here doing our thing and seeing how the days go.
