Hero Motors

Our setup is located at House Number 2E/171 in the N.I.T area of Faridabad. It’s a busy neighborhood in Haryana, and we’ve been operating from here for quite some time. We aren’t in some huge industrial park; we’re right here in the middle of the residential and small business blocks. It makes things a bit more personal, I think. People stop by to ask questions or just to see what’s going on with the motors. The house serves as our main point of contact. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, spare parts, and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our time coordinating with the bigger plants and making sure the local distribution is handled right. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked with deliveries, and we have to move things around quickly to keep the neighbors happy. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We keep things simple and don’t bother with fancy decorations or anything. As long as the bikes and parts are moving and the customers are getting what they need, we’re satisfied. Faridabad is a tough town for business sometimes, but being right here in N.I.T helps us stay connected to what’s happening on the ground. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily list of chores and phone calls to suppliers. It is what it is.
