Our office is tucked away in Charmwood Plaza, specifically Shop No 5 on the upper ground floor. If you know Charmwood Village on Surajkund Road, you know it is a decent area with its own pace. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking about construction stuff. It is not all exciting, a lot of it is just waiting for things to happen or checking on small details. The plaza has a lot of movement, and we like being on the upper ground floor because it is easy for everyone to get to. We have got a few computers and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corner. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but it keeps the room cool enough. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while, seeing the traffic on Surajkund Road grow every year. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing infrastructure work. We talk to contractors, we talk to owners, and we try to make sense of the local rules. It is a lot of sitting and a lot of phone calls. Every now and then we go out to a site, but mostly we are right here in Shop 5. It is a steady routine. We know the security guards at the plaza and the regulars at the coffee shop downstairs. It is a simple place where we get our work done.
