Being located at 55 D in the HSIDC area of Sector 31 means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. Hef Project Pvt. Ltd. has its roots here, and it feels like the right place for the kind of work we handle. It’s mostly about managing projects and making sure the technical details are sorted out. The noise from the neighboring units is something you just get used to after a week or two. Our space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few machines we need to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets, trying to keep everything on schedule. It’s not always easy, especially when parts get delayed or the weather messes with the transport. But that is just how it goes in this line of work. The team here is small, just a handful of us who know the ropes. We usually start early before the traffic in Sec 31 gets too bad. Lunch is often just something quick from the local stalls nearby. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in our work clothes, doing what needs to be done. We’ve been at 55 D for some time now, and the walls are starting to show a bit of wear, but it shows we’ve been working hard. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project, making sure the paperwork is filed and the clients are answered.
