Heena Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No.- 45 in Sector- 27-A. It’s a solid building that’s seen a lot of work over the years. When you walk in, you’ll see the production lines running and people moving around with purpose. We don’t have a big reception area with fancy chairs. Instead, you’ll find a few stacks of pallets and the sound of the fans humming. The neighborhood in Sector- 27-A is full of similar places, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading happening on the street. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise anymore. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us forever and a few newer faces. We do our own thing and try to keep the machines running smooth. It’s not always easy keeping up with everything, especially when a machine needs a specific spare part that takes a week to arrive. We just manage. We deal with the daily tasks of manufacturing without much fuss. If you come by Plot No.- 45, you’ll probably see a few of us standing outside near the gate during a tea break. We talk about the weather or how the local traffic is getting worse. It’s a very normal, local business environment. No one wears suits here. We wear what’s practical for the shop floor and get the jobs done as they come in.
