If you are driving down the Delhi Mathura Road, you might have seen our place at F198 in Sgm Nagar. We are tucked away in Sector 21D, not too far from landmark 563. This road is always packed with traffic, which makes it a lively spot to work in the property business. People are constantly moving between Delhi and Mathura, and some of them decide to stop and look for a place to stay or invest in around here. We spend our days answering phones and walking people through different houses or plots that are up for grabs. Sgm Nagar has a specific feel to it, a mix of old houses and some newer stuff being built. Our office isn't anything special, just a functional space where we keep our maps and keys. We know the shortcuts around Sector 21D pretty well by now. It’s a lot of legwork, really. One minute we’re at the desk, the next we’re out in the heat showing a boundary wall to someone. We don’t bother with big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Dealing with property means you meet all kinds of characters, from families looking for their first home to people just wanting to sell a bit of land they inherited. We just handle the paperwork and make sure everyone knows what they’re getting into before any money changes hands. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
