We’ve been around Sector 16 in Faridabad for a while now, right at House No 2144. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most of the people working here are locals who know the area well. We deal with electrical stuff, mostly just getting things from point A to point B for our customers. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by late, but that’s just how it goes on a Tuesday. We handle orders for Havells India Ltd and try to keep things moving. There’s always someone on the phone or checking a list. If you walk past the sector 16 market, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. Some days are quieter than others. We have a small team and we’ve all been together for a few years. It gets dusty in the summer, but the fans keep us cool enough. People drop in asking for parts or just to check on an order they placed last week. We don’t have a big sign outside, but the neighbors know who we are. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting home on time when the work is finished. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do.
