Haryana Coating is based at Plot No.6, within the Northern India Campus at 20/3 on Mathura Road. It’s a big, busy road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing vehicles. Our place is an industrial unit where we focus on various types of coatings. It’s not a very fancy setup. We have high ceilings, some heavy machinery, and plenty of storage space for the materials we use. The air usually smells a bit like solvent, but you get used to that after a few days on the job. We don’t have a big team or a lot of office staff. It’s mostly just a few of us who handle everything from mixing the coatings to loading the trucks. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches because a small mistake can ruin the whole lot. Our desks are tucked into a corner of the main floor, usually piled high with invoices and technical sheets. We don't have any big brochures or promotional materials to show people. Usually, if someone needs coating done, they just come by and we talk it over. The campus here has a few other businesses, so we see the same faces every day. It’s a basic, functional environment where the work is the main focus. We just try to keep things running smoothly and make sure the orders go out when they are supposed to.
