Guru Kripa Properties

I run Guru Kripa Properties at Shop No 133 in Faridabad Sector 15. We are located near the A P J School. You can often hear the school bells and the kids playing during the day. It’s a lively part of Sector 15. The shop is small, but we’ve made it comfortable enough. I have a couple of plastic chairs out front for when it gets crowded. We help people find apartments or shops in the Faridabad area. It’s mostly just me and my brother working here. We don't have fancy brochures. We just show people the properties and tell them the truth about the plumbing or the neighbors. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something to look at through the window. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We’ve been at Shop No 133 for a good while now. Most people in the sector know us as the local property guys. We drink tea from the stall next door and keep our records in a few thick registers. It’s a basic setup, nothing like those big offices in the city. We prefer it this way. It feels more real. If you’re passing by the school, you’ll see our shop right there. We are usually open until late evening unless there is a family function to attend. It’s just a regular local business doing what we know best.
